Dr. Ma, master supervisor, once worked in the General Surgery Department of Changhai Hospital and Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital affiliated to Second Military Medical University.
He once studied in department of General Surgery at St. Luke's Medical Center of RUSH University Medical School in Chicago as a visiting scholar. Zhang Junchu, deputy chief physician and master supervisor, once worked in the Department of General Surgery of Changzheng Hospital affiliated to the Second Military Medical University. He has been engaged in clinical work of general surgery for more than 30 years. Skilled in the treatment of common, frequenty-occurring and difficult diseases in general surgery, he is especially good at the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid and breast diseases. Dr. Lou specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of various clinical hematopathy, such as various anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, etc. He has done extensive research on allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplants for diseases such as aplastic anemia, paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, myelodysplastic syndrome, leukemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma.

Dr. Wang graduated from the Department of Medicine of Shanghai First Medical College in 1983.

Dr. Xue not only advocates the early implementation of multidisciplinary consultation (MDT) and the formulation of a whole-process individualized diagnosis and treatment strategy for patients, but also hopes to use the most advanced technology to optimize the treatment of cancer patients, so as to relieve the pain, improve the quality of life and prolong the survival time of cancer patients.
In 2003, he went to Xiaotangshan Hospital in Beijing to fight against SARS and won the title of “Hero against SARS”. In 2005, he performed UN peacekeeping medical mission abroad for one year and won the UN Peacekeeping Medal.
